JNM TECHNOLOGIES, INC. personnel have been designing filtration for water systems since 1987. In our earlier years, our engineers focused on large water supply developments using municipal wastewater, stored surface waters, stream flow and well water. In each of these, the filtration needs differed and had to be designed and matched to the application. The total automation of the Arkal Filter in the early 1990's allowed us to bring the filter into new areas such as replacement for gravity sand filtration, municipal wastewater system expansion and large scale gray water reuse. In 1993, we moved toward using the Arkal Filter in large-scale water reclamation projects on surface water for environmental clean up. In 1995, a full-scale movement into the industrial markets began. Applications included use of the Arkal Filter in association with clarifiers, dissolved air flotation (DAF), pre-filtration to cartridge and bag filters and pre-filtration for RO and demineralizer units.
In 1994, JNM TECHNOLOGIES, INC. in association with Netafim's Industrial and Wastewater Division, brought the Arkal Filter to the Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coast. Here we began our campaign to introduce the Arkal Filter to the enormous water users that are associated with the petroleum and chemical industries. Water make-up, cooling tower maintenance, plastic extrusion waste management, wastewater polishing are just a few of the applications where we have applied our filters. We continue expand into the traditional markets of municipal wastewater as well as the new and growing on-site wastewater industry. JNM knows that one filter cannot do everything that may be needed by a filter and has aligned itself with other providers to give its clients the best WATER RESOURCE SOLUTIONSTM possible to meet their needs.
